Hi Khoa, the TRANSLATE should work and I'd suggest raising a Salesforce support case. Maybe you're on a very old stack or have an old account so the SQL functions have not been updated.

Theoretically, you could mimic the functionality by using many nested REPLACE functions - although it does make it less elegant.
